Why it matters

Your next load should not become your next administrative job.

Finding an opportunity is only the start. Calls, rate confirmations, updates, delivery documents and payment follow-up take time from running your truck. OP Intel is being built to carry that work forward in one place.

Understand the load in its operational context

Equipment, appointment feasibility, deadhead, truck economics, broker history and destination outlook, read together before anyone quotes a rate.

Approve the commitment

You approve the load and its terms before booking. Material changes come back for approval. Exceptions that need your judgment remain visible.

Finish the work after delivery

The goal includes documentation, billing submission, payment follow-up and performance feedback, so closeout is part of the same workflow.

Your opportunities. Your choice.

A load board should be an option, not a prerequisite.

The core workflow is designed to start with a load opportunity you already have. Load-board connections can add discovery when your preferred provider permits the integration.

Bring an opportunity

The planned intake paths include broker emails, uploaded documents and load details you enter. Your carrier profile supplies the equipment, preferences and operating costs for evaluation.

Connect your preferred source

Optional load-board connections depend on provider availability, authorized access and applicable terms. A customer subscription alone does not guarantee an integration.

Keep the same complete workflow

Once an opportunity is available, evaluation through closeout follows the same path. Automated search depends on the sources connected to your account.

The decision behind the load

There's more to a load than the rate.

A quoted rate does not tell you whether a load makes economic or operational sense for your truck. The evaluation brings your costs, schedule, equipment and the available broker information into the same decision.

This illustrative Broker Assist example shows what to ask, what the analysis finds and how to respond. It demonstrates decision support, not a completed automated negotiation or booking. The intended workflow books only after carrier approval.

  • Does it fit? Equipment, hours of service, pickup and delivery windows, and whether the loaded truck can legally and safely run the route.
  • Does it pay? Deadhead to pickup, cycle days, contribution per day, and the rate floor this carrier's economics actually support.
  • What is still unknown? The questions to ask the broker before you commit, and the terms to confirm before you book.

Terms to confirm before booking

  • Detention free time, hourly rate and documentation
  • Tracking requirement

You approve the load and its terms. The planned workflow automates booking after that approval.

Load Decisions & Execution

Evaluate the opportunity. Carry the approved load forward.

The intended workflow connects load economics, negotiation, carrier approval and booking with coordination, monitoring and exception handling.

  • Opportunity intake and search through available connections
  • Equipment, schedule, deadhead and cost-based evaluation
  • Negotiation and booking with a recorded carrier approval
  • Pickup and delivery coordination, status updates and exception escalation

Your Operation

Start with the truck and the business behind it.

Your profile gives each decision its context: authority, equipment, preferences, costs and availability. Owner-operators and small fleets are the first audience; independent dispatch businesses are a later expansion.

  • Carrier, truck and driver information in one operating profile
  • Preferences and approval authority attached to the work
  • Documents and requirements needed to start a load
  • Performance feedback to improve the next decision

Communications & Documents

The conversation and the paperwork stay with the load.

The goal is to connect broker messages, load updates and supporting documents to the work they belong to, with missing or conflicting information surfaced for review.

  • Broker and carrier communications tied to the load
  • Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, receipts and supporting records
  • Document checks, missing-item requests and review queues

Practical questions

What buyers ask first.

Who is OP Intel for?

Independent owner-operators and small fleets are the first audience. The product is being built to automate the dispatch work around their trucks, with the carrier retaining approval authority. Independent dispatch businesses are a later scaling opportunity.

Do I need a load-board subscription?

A load-board subscription is not intended to be a prerequisite for the core workflow. The planned intake paths include opportunities from emails, documents and manual entry. Search through a load board requires an available, authorized connection to that provider; we confirm connection availability before access is activated.

Will OP Intel book a load without my approval?

No. The intended workflow requires carrier approval of the load and its terms before booking. Material changes require renewed approval. The complete automated workflow is still being validated; the examples on this page do not demonstrate released autonomous booking.

How does OP Intel relate to Overland Priority?

OP Intel is software built and operated by Overland Priority LLC. Overland Priority also offers dispatch services under separate service terms and pricing. OP Intel does not take a percentage of carrier revenue.

What is available today?

Access is by request. We confirm the available capabilities, supported connections and any manual steps for your operation before activation. The complete automated load workflow shown here is the product direction, not a claim that every step is already released.

How do I request access?

Email admin@overlandpriority.com with your truck count, equipment, how you receive load opportunities and the dispatch work you want to reduce. We will discuss fit, current availability and the terms before you commit.
